MultiPoint Communications supports and enjoys a diverse employment environment through our own hiring practices. 

 

Currently, MPC's workforce is made up of approximately 35% minorities, of which 5% have been promoted into management or supervisory positions. 65% of our workforce are women, of which 30% hold management or supervisory positions.

 

We continue to support other companies that work towards the same diversity goals as us by seeking business opportunities with minority businesses.
